Ignition 2012: Teach a teacher to fish - teaching as inquiry

Teach a teacher to fish teaching as inquiry This week I attended Ignition 2012 and was lucky enough to participate in an Ignite presentation,  a five minute talk (15 slides, 20 seconds each) about the importance of 'teaching a teacher to fish' (rather thank giving a teacher a fish) and sharing my enthusiasm for Teaching as Inquiry and four ways that you can use it to lead school wide change. Ignition 2012 was an a great meet up of like minded edu-geeks, sharing their passion for all aspects of education and educational leadership. A huge thanks to Mark Osbourne and his team at Albany Senior High School for a magic two days.   View more PowerPoint from Claire Amos
